Free shipping applies to standard shipping on orders over $49 shipped within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories may incur additional charges.

Processing Times

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, are processed the next business day.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 2 business days

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website (UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on your location and shipping method).

If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at orders@carsandtrucks.parts.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately:

  • Damaged on arrival: take photos of the damage and packaging, then email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery
  • Lost package: contact us if your package has not arrived 3 business days after the estimated delivery date — we will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund
